"MY FRIENDS ARE MY POWER" - SORA

Hello and welcome to Kingdom Hearts Adventure! Due to the lack of news I thought I could do a little post about the main character, the hero of the game, Sora. What kind of person is he actually? What are his characteristics and why do we love him so much?

ABOUT SORA
Sora is described as energetic and spirited. He may not always be the smartest of the group but that doesn't matter. Because Sora is all about friendship and helping others. He knows how important his quest is because all his friends count on him. Every time he visits another world he takes the time to help his new friends, he really cares about them. Sora is also very forgiving and has a strong sense for justice. This may also be his weakest point. Because Sora rapidly forgives anyone who was wrong first. This may lead to enemies taking advantage of him. He's too naive maybe. On the other hand this also makes you like him more, he melts peoples hearts. He makes a great friend, who sees the good in everyone.

Although his quest is heavy and he may even think about giving up sometimes, he knows he's not alone. With each new experience his heart grows stronger. He's brave and very optimistic, this is why he keeps winning and defeating the bad guys. "My friends are my power!" is what he's about. From the start of Kingdom Hearts 1, I could really identify myself with him. I was a young boy at that time, with brown hair and blue eyes. I  longed for adventure just like Sora. This made sure that I connected with him and locked him in my heart. 

Sora is competitive and kind of childish sometimes. He's often competing against Riku because he looks up to him. Sora acts silly some moments but that's because he's still young and making fun. He's learning and he becomes more mature in the course of the story.

SORA'S OUTFITS

Sora has many different outfits or forms. His outfit changes from game to game and he also needs to change appearance in some worlds. Not to forget his drive forms. Here are all his different appearances:

I am really excited about the new outfit Sora's gonna wear in Kingdom Hearts 3. I'll keep you posted.

CONCLUSION

So why do we like Sora so much? Is it because he is a good role model? Is it because some of us identify themselves with Sora? Or just because he would make an awesome friend? It's a fact that Sora stole our hearts from the beginning. And that won't change. I wish everyone a great day and see ya next time!
